A njew underground music podcast and newsletter, No Tags, launches this week.

Created by Local Action founder Tom Lea, and music journalist - and DJ Mag contributor - Chal Ravens, the interview-based podcast will see the pair "talk to the artists and industry figures we think deserve more recognition, hearing their stories and getting deep into the weeds with them about what’s going on in music, culture and the rest of it."

The pair added: "We got sick of moaning to each other about the lack of coverage and quality interviews with some of the figures that we think are doing God’s work in this whole niche music sphere we inhabit, and decided to Be The Change instead. The name is a tribute to the Blogspot and mp3-sharing era that essentially birthed the pair of us — R.I.P. Dat Piff."

No Tags is free, but there will be a paid tier where listeners can access bonus content, including edited written versions of every interview and playlists from guests. It launches on Thursday, 30th November with two DJs the hosts have referred to as their favourites on the circuit at the moment
