Moog reveals first footage of flagship Moog One polysynth: Watch

It's a “a tri-timbral, polyphonic, analog dream-synth"...

Moog has unveiled footage of its new flagship polysynth, Moog One.

Doubling up as the U.S. company's first polysynth in three decades, it was unveiled via a short film featuring artists including Ryuichi Sakamoto, Suzanne Ciani, Dev Hynes (Blood Orange), Robert Glasper and Lonnie Smith. You can watch it below.

A "a tri-timbral, polyphonic, analog dream-synth", the Moog One's specs include 3 newly-designed dual-output analog VCOs with ring mod and FM, 2 independent analog filters, a dual source analog noise generator, analog mixer with external audio input, 4 LFOs, and 3 envelope generators.

With a retail price starting at $5,999, the synth is just one of a range of new products unveiled by Moog over the last few months.
