Michael Bibi has announced a huge homecoming show in London this summer.

The British DJ and producer will headline the 45,000-capacity Finsbury Park on 6th July, as part of his One Life world tour. More names are set to be added to the line-up in the coming months.

The tour will mark the British DJ and producer’s return to the global stage after being diagnosed with CNS Lymphoma, a rare form of brain and spinal cancer, last June. After completing his “main” round of treatment in September, he announced last month that he was officially cancer free.

Commenting on his return Bibi said, “I’m excited to give something back to my hometown after all the support and love I received during my cancer treatment.”

He added in an Instagram post shared earlier today: “LDN. The city I was raised, the place I got my schooling in electronic music & the town I was treated to fight cancer. 06.07.24 – we dance in celebration of life, the power of never giving up & to show support to the people that helped save my life.”

The One Life tour will be supporting various cancer charities including the Foundation Trust of The Royal Marsden Hospital where Bibi received his treatment. There will be the opportunity to make a donation to the charity when purchasing tickets.

Associate Director of Public Fundraising and Engagement at The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, Vicky Johnson said: “We’re hugely grateful to Michael for his generous support of The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity as part of his upcoming London show.”

She added: “Money raised helps the incredible team at the charity to continue to provide the very best treatment and care and drives forward life-saving research to develop new treatments for the benefit of cancer patients globally.”

Tickets go on general sale at 9am on 26th January. Sign up now here.
