Avicii's final concert in his home of Sweden is screening in Stockholm this week.

The Avicii Experience, a tribute museum opened at Space Stockholm in 2022, is showing never-before-seen footage of the late artist's final performance at Pildammsparken in Malmö recorded on 5th August 2016.

Screenings are running every hour this week through Sunday 7th April, during the museum's opening hours of 10 AM to 6 PM. The museum’s theatre features a 100-square-meter 8K curved LED screen. Tickets are required for entry to the museum and concert film.

This month marks the sixth anniversary of Tim Bergling's death in 2018. Earlier this year, a remix of Zac Brown Band’s ‘Beautiful Drug’ was shared from his “vault”, and members of the Avicii subreddit have started working on a podcast dedicated to Bergling “from fans, for fans”.

In 2023, footage from Avicii's 2013 True tour was released for the first time, as well as a limited-edition vinyl version of the album and its remix companion LP, to mark the 10th anniversary of Bergling’s debut album. The mental health-focused Tim Bergling Foundation held a tribute concert in December at Stockholm's Avicii Arena.

A new Avicii documentary by Academy Award-winning producer Lawrence Bender is also currently in the works.
