Tomorrowland locks Paul Kalkbrenner, Charlotte de Witte, Claptone, more for winter edition

Things are hotting up for the snow-capped French festival...

Tomorrowland has locked Paul Kalkbrenner, Charlotte de Witte, Claptone, &Me and more for its inaugural winter edition.

The big names don't stop there, either. Afrojack, DJ Snake, Martin Solveig, Patrice Bäumel, Solardo and Netsky will also be in attendance at the event, which runs from 9th - 16th March at the ski resort of Alpe d'Huez, France.

News broke of the week-long session in August, when the theme for Tomorrowland's debut winter instalment was announced; 'The Hymn of the Frozen Lotus'. One month on the first headliners were confirmed— Steve Aoki, Joris Voorn, Lost Frequencies, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Armin van Buuren, Martin Garrix, Nervo and Kölsch.

Further details remain relatively thin on the ground at the time of writing, but we do know attendees can expect stages set across mountains and slopes, with four and seven day tickets currently available through the official website. Before heading there, though, read our recent interview with Paul Kalkbrenner, techno's reluctant superstar, and DJ Mag Croatia's chat with Claptone
