Ministry of Sound share mini-doc celebrating 25 years of The Annual mix series: Watch

It explores the club's history and development over the years

Having recently celebrated the 25th anniversary of its iconic compilation series, 'The Annual', with the release of a special edition on November 29th, Ministry of Sound has now unveiled a short documentary looking back over the series and club's history.

The video looks at how Ministry of Sound grew into the dance music heavyweight it's seen as today, particularly through the lens of 'The Annual' and its numerous editions over the years, featuring the words and stories of Judge Jules and Tall Paul (who both mixed 'The Annual - Millennium Edition'' and 'The Annual 2000') as well as Paul, a regular of the club through the '90s and into the '00s.

'The Annual', which launched in 1995, was vital to introducing the Ministry brand to wider, mainstream audiences, an idea which is delved into more in-depth over the course of the video. You can watch it in full below.

'The Annual XXV' features classics from the likes of Underworld, Fatboy Slim and Faithless, alongside contemporary favourites like Route 94 and Duke Dumont. It's out now.
