Miami Music Week has it all. Between 21–27 March, the city lives and breathes dance music. On the ground, it feels like every pool, rooftop, boat and nightclub in the city moves to an electronic beat. Here’s our pick of some of this year’s best events...

THE RALEIGH
Our annual poolside party switches venue this year to The Raleigh. One of the few parties to embrace the diverse spectrum of dance music – you can party to Darius Syrossian, Billy Kenny, J Phlip and more during the day, before stadium-filling behemoths Oliver Heldens, Marshemello and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike take control after dark.

ULTRA MUSIC FESTIVAL

BAYFRONT PARK
Ultra Music Festival is the undisputed focal point of Miami Music Week. Their vast Bayfront Park site overlooks Biscayne Bay on one side, and the high-rise skyscrapers of Downtown Miami on the other, creating a truly stunning backdrop for a party. It goes without saying that the line up is the biggest you will see anywhere in the city all year.

RVDIOVCTIVE ROOFTOP PARTY

THE TOWNHOUSE HOTEL
Contrary to what you may hear, you don’t always have to spend heavily to have a good time during MMW. RVDIOVCTVE’s rooftop party at The Townhouse Hotel featuring J Phlip, Billy Kenny and Redlight boasts great views down Collins Avenue and is 100% free entry.

BISCAYNE LADY YACHT
Jackmaster brings his Mastermix brand onto the high waters, ably assisted by party-starters Skream and Jasper James. Expect disco jams aplenty as the Biscayne Lady sails through the blue Miami waters, away from the neon lights of South Beach.

DJ Mag USA’s Miami coverstar, KSHMR hosts our late night show at Maps Backlot - a unique arts space in Miami’s Wynwood District . He’ll be joined by MakJ Ummet Ozcan, Swanky Tunes, Florian Picasso and more.

SPACE MIAMI
PLAYdifferently showcase their MODEL1 mixer – which was designed in partnership with Richie Hawtin – at a club night soundtracked by their growing band of converts. Richie Hawtin will be joined by Luciano, Nicole Moudaber, Paco Osuna and more.

Probably Miami Music Week’s most famous underground party, Get Lost are celebrating their 12th birthday this year. With a festival-grade line up, the 24 hour party – which takes place in a secret location TBA – is about as essential as a Miami party can be.
