Supreme to release Massive Attack 'Mezzanine' inspired football jerseys

The jersey, which comes in three colourways, will be available from tomorrow

Update 17/06/2021: Massive Attack have shared an update via social media, clarifying their involvement with Supreme's capsule. It reads: "The Supreme ‘Mezzanine’ range was planned and designed without consultation let alone ‘collaboration’ with Massive Attack. The band are not stakeholders and have no commercial interest in the project. They gave consent as an act of ‘tribute’ to Nick Knight."

Supreme is releasing a capsule of football Jerseys inspired by Massive Attack's 'Mezzanine'

Over two decades since the release of the pioneering trip-hop LP, the American clothing and lifestyle brand Supreme are releasing three jerseys printed with the beetle from the album's artwork.

Available in blue, white and black, the football jerseys will be available alongside shorts and button down shirts in the same colours, also emblazoned with the black beetle.

It's not the first time Supreme have collaborated with electronic innovators. Back in 2018, the brand teamed up with Pioneer DJ to offer CDJs, the DJM-900 NXS2 and the RMX-1000 emblazoned with Supreme's logo - with a £15,000 price tag.

The collaboration will be available via Supreme on Thursday 17th June. Check out a preview of the drop below.

In February, Massive Attack founding member Robert Del Naja shared a new remix of Leeds' post-punk group Gang of Four.
