Marshall Jefferson has reunited with Curtis McClain on a new single, 'City Life'. Arriving via Steve Mac's Jack Said What label, you can listen to the track below.

Both originally from Chicago, the artists famously collaborated on the landmark 12" 'Move Your Body, aka 'The House Music Anthem'. The 1986 outing played a pivotal role in the genre's development and subsequent global explosion.

Originally put out under the pseudonym On The House, together they would go on to release singles like 'Let's Get Busy' and 'Give Me Back The Love', predominantly appearing on Trax Records, a label that has been at the centre of pay disputes with artists for decades, including Jefferson and McClain. Nevertheless the artist's friendship endured, leading to this year's revival of the joint project.
