Major Lazer drop video for new track, ‘Tied Up’: WATCH

Dancehall stuff featuring Mr. Eazi and Raye...

Major Lazer have dropped a video for their new track, ‘Tied Up’.

The clip arrived this week and is the second to accompany a tune from the 30-minute ‘Afrobeats’ mixtape recently released by the trio, AKA Diplo, Jillionaire and Walshy Fire, which showcases some of their favourite African artists. It's also the next instalment in the “new music month” they announced early-September.

This time round there's an appearance from Nigerian singer Mr. Eazi, with vocals also coming from London’s Raye and dancehall-influenced rhythms underpinning the lot.

Directed by South African talent Adriaan Louw, the third collaboration between filmmaker and the troupe, it’s further proof of Major Lazer’s love affair with the sounds and scenes from the world’s second largest continent, which are currently having a huge impact on the global dance music world.
