Major Lazer drop new single with Tove Lo, ‘Blow That Smoke’: Listen

More dancehall goodness from the trio...

After teasing a new track via Twitter earlier this week, Major Lazer have today shared a brand-new collaboration alongside Swedish sensation Tove Lo.

The track follows a similar path to Major Lazer’s usual dancehall crossovers and sees the group moving away from their recent foray into afrobeat.

It’s just the latest in a long line of collaborations from Major Lazer in recent months who have revealed that their hotly anticipated studio album ‘Music Is A Weapon’ will be the group’s last.

The album was meant to be released last year but has been kicked into 2019 after the success of Diplo’s recent incursion into the world of disco pop alongside Mark Ronson as Silk City.

The track, which you can hear below, is called ‘Blow That Smoke’ and conceivably has been released to coincide with Canada’s decision to legalise cannabis for recreational use.
