Marcel Dettmann's set from Dekmantel 2019 has been made available online.
The recording lasts just under two hours, capturing the momentum we associate with the Berghain resident. Tracks from the likes of O & V & R ('Reversing Into Tomorrow') and Gerd ('Arkest's Blaze') feature, alongside a classic cut from the legendary DJ Rush ('Djax-Up Beat'— released by the iconic label of almost the same name back in 2000) .
Dettmann was a stand out from first edition of Amsterdam's Dekmantel, playing b2b with Gerd Janson for some three hours on Sunday afternoon.
Last month, Dekmantel Soundsystem confirmed their residency at London venue XOYO, which began last weekend. The likes of Palms Trax, Young Marco, Kleo and Donna Leake are still to play in October, with Legowelt and Juju & Jordash down to visit before the 12-week stint is done.
