Leeds club The Old Red Bus Station extends lease by five years, books string of parties

The venue has been open since 2015

Leeds venue The Old Red Bus Station (TORBS) has extended its lease.

After facing potential closure to make way for a multi-storey car park, TORBS has been able to extend its lease by five years after the plans to demolish the building were scrapped.

The 400-capacity club, which has seen performances from the likes of DjRUM, LK and Shyboi, has now released another wave of impressive line-ups for September and October.

On Friday the 13th September, Om Unit and Dead Man’s Chest will play at TORBS, before Phaction performs the following weekend.  The remainder of the dates will welcome the likes of Artifical Intelligence, Peverelist and Gwenan.

Earlier this week, a new 200-capacity club was revealed in Manchester’s Northern Quarter.

300-capacity East London club Colours will open in September.
