Kyiv club Closer announces two fundraising events in Berlin
Evan Baggs, Vera, Lawrence, Fumiya Tanaka, Zip, and Edward are confirmed to play
One of Kyiv's most respected and established clubs, Closer, has announced two fundraising events to be held at Zenner, a 200-year-old former ballroom in Berlin.
The parties will take place on Saturday 30th July and Saturday 20th August, marking the first times the team Ukrainian team has run events outside their home city. All proceeds raised through the parties will go toward volunteer organisations working on the ground in Ukraine amid Russia's ongoing invasion of the country.
Attendees can expect a broad musical spectrum on both dates, with experimental sets kicking off at 10PM before more dancefloor focused live acts and DJs take the helm through to midday. The first offering features Evan Baggs, Vera, Vova Klk, Edward, Alex Savage, Lawrence, Yone-Ko, Volodymyr Gnatenko, Heinali, and Lobanov K. Meanwhile, Fumiya Tanaka, Timur Basha and Zip will be on the lineup next month, with more names set to be announced soon.
