Four Tet has shared a four-and-a-half-hour mix from his set at Far Away in Los Angeles on Friday 28th October through his SoundCloud. You can listen to it below.

The mix was part of a six-hour set, but unfortunately the recording cut out 90 minutes before it finished. It features music by Young Thug, as well as house, techno, disco, gospel, funk, ambient, jazz and much more.

Speaking about the mix on his SoundCloud post, Four Tet, real name Kieran Hebden, said, “I was the only DJ that night and I played from doors till close. Thank you to everyone that was involved in making this such a great night.”

Hebden has had a busy few weeks too, dropping two huge new remixes in the space of 24 hours shortly after his performance at Far Away.

In September, Hebden was also invited by London Mayor Sadiq Khan to speak at city hall about his views on the revocation of fabric’s license, which saw the Farringdon venue close, as well as the “London club situation” as a whole.

Before that, Thom Yorke hinted at forthcoming collaborative work with Four Tet and Burial, after Hebden dropped his new album in June, titled ‘Randoms’.
