Dekmantel reveals plans for marathon South American tour in Autumn 2017

There's plans for Chile, Colombia, and Peru, and two large shows also planned for Brazil...

With Dekmantel’s flagship festival taking place in Amsterdam this week, the esteemed party crew has somehow still found time to confirm a six-date tour of South America, which will take in some of the continent’s biggest party towns, not to mention a few spectacular locations.

The schedule is as follows: Club Sauna, Santiago, Chile- 29th September, with Dekmantel Soundsystem and Interstellar Funk; Sao Paulo, Brazil- September 30th, with DJ Bone, Legowelt, Palmbomen II live, Shanti Celeste, Gop Tun DJs, Zopelar live, Cashu, and Tessuto; Mansion, Medellin, Colombia- 5th October, with Dekmantel Soundsystem and Interstellar Funk; Fuga, Lima, Peru- 6th October, with Call Super and Bufiman; and Espacio Odeon & Video Club, Bogota, Colombia- 7th October, with Call Super, Dekmantel Soundsystem, Palmbomen II, Bufiman, Interstellar Funk, Zed Kappa live, and Mansvr x Leeon.

The tour finishes with a big one in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on 14th October, where the Dutch crew will team up with local tastemakers Comuna for a session in an industrial setting- fittingly headlined by king of the rolling bangers, Ostgut Ton and Berghain hero Marcel Dettmann, whose Selectors mix just dropped on Dekmantel Records. Support on the day comes from Dekmantel Soundsystem, Carrot Green, and Cashu. The series of events will act as a warm up for the South American instalment of Dekmantel Festival 2018, the first of which took place in Sao Paulo earlier this year.

Tickets for the tour are available from the respective club websites, except the two biggest — secure your spot at the Rio de Janeiro session here, and Sao Paulo soiree here.
