Daft Punk have produced Aussie pop band Parcels’ new single, ‘Overnight’

Daft Punk have teamed up with Australian band Parcels, to produce the Berlin-based pop group’s brand-new single ‘Overnight’.

Daft Punk both co-wrote and produced the new record for Parcels — the duo apparently met the Kitsune-signed band whilst out at a night-club in Paris — with the track written and created at a secret location somewhere in the French capital. 

With Daft Punk’s Thomas Bangalter currently behind the wheel producing the new Arcade Fire LP, it’s unclear if this will be the only collaboration with the Australian pop group or if there’s potentially more in the pipeline.
