Belgrade club Dim to open recording studio and record label

Svetlana Maras and Mangulica FM are behind the first two EPs

Belgrade club Dim is opening a recording studio and record label next month.

The studio space will be located within the venue itself, which is owned by the same team as Drugstore, another respected spot in the Serbian capital. The facility will be open seven days a week once launched mid-December.

Sets from the club will be recorded in both audio and video. In addition, a new imprint is being launched, also named Dim, with the first two EPs coming from Svetlana Maras and Mangulica FM, residents at the club.

Fellow Serbian Lag contributed to DJ Mag's Recognise mix series last year, while Belgrade hosted the marathon 48-hour No Sleep Festival earlier this month, with a line-up including Bicep, Amelie Lens and Kobosil.
