UK label Shall Not Fade will celebrate its fourth anniversary this month with the release of a new compilation, ‘4 Years Of Service’.
Spanning nine tracks, the compilation features contributions from longstanding affiliates of the label as well as recent signees. Among them, 2019 breakthrough DJs Harrison BDP and Kettama, Big Miz, LK, Soela and Italian deep-house merchant Black Loops.
Soela’s 2018 EP, ‘Sunny Winter Morning’, on Shall Not Fade’s Lost Palms imprint was a spellbinding trip of deep house grooves. Her contribution to this new comp, ‘Sensual’, drifts in blissfully similar territory. With warm, muted synth beds, a fluttering melody and a crisp, autumnal bassline, it’s a real gem.
