It’s been a pretty big year for Dusky’s 17 Steps label, with tracks coming from the likes of Kiwi, Lo Shea, Hammer, Hugo Massien and more.
The duo also released a fair share of their own music, with two of the biggest cuts being ‘Amongst The Gods’ and ‘Staunch’. Now those tracks have been remixed by two acts whose 2018 has been equally seismic: Brame & Hamo and KETTAMA. The ‘Aset Forever’ remix EP is out on Friday 14th December.
Sligo’s House deviants Brame & Hamo take reigns on ‘Amongst the Gods’ while KETTAMA’s take on ‘Staunch’ adds considerable backbone to the original’s percussive foundation, adding fierce rave stabs and a relentless dynamism that the much-hyped DJ/producer has become known for. You can hear it below.
