Premiere: Dan Shake 'Daisy's Dance'

Dan Shake follows up a release on his own SHAKE imprint earlier this year with a two-track EP for Denis Sulta's Sulta Selects offshoot, Silver Service. Listen to the infectious groove and disco-house heat of 'Daisy's Dance' now.

Dan Shake will drop a new EP later this month.

Following a string of releases on his own SHAKE imprint, including the funky acid-disco fusion 'Freak / Can't Take It' in April this year, the DJ/producer returns with two more dizzying disco tracks for Denis Sulta's Silver Service.

With three EPs from Cromby, Hammer and Denis Sulta himself, including Sulta's coveted Fat Larry's Band switch up, 'L&S (You Mean Everything)', Glasgow-based Silver Service may well be in its infancy, but the string of stellar releases make the imprint the perfect home for Dan Shake's latest productions.

His latest 12", 'Bert's Groove/Daisy's Dance/', will be released on the 20th September and comprises of two outright disco heaters. 'Bert's Groove' opens the EP with funky percussion, before 'Daisy's Dance' serves as a riotous B-side, with an infectious bassline, looped vocal samples and made-for-the-dancefloor groove.
