Premiere: B1980 'Black Disco'
Belgian artist B1980 joins Zone Records with his 'State of Nature' EP. Hear the fast-paced and acid-laced techno workout, 'Black Disco', now
B1980 will release a new EP later this month.
Bert Libeert, AKA B1980, is one-half of Belgian rock band Goose, and also a live techno artist who uses just two synths and a drum machine to create refined, otherworldly electronics.
His first release of 2020, B1980's new EP will land via French label Zone Records, and sees the artist join the likes of Arnaud Rebotini, Gesaffelstein, and Maelstrom on the imprint.
Entitled 'State of Nature', the EP will be released on 30th March 2020, and is brimming with full throttle, analogue techno. The third track on the EP, 'Black Disco', is a fast-paced cut, fusing industrial-sounding techno with strung out chords and acid undertones.
