Following on from a slew of enormous club tracks over the past few years – including ‘Counting (ft. Princess Superstar)’ and ‘Skanka’ – the breakthrough producer lands on Mala’s legendary label with three cuts of classic dubstep pressure. Hamdi’s music has consistently paid reverence toward the genre’s pioneers, and here he channels their spirit with immense sub-bass, crisp beats and reverberating sound designs. Proper system-shaking, rib-tickling, eyeball-vibrating material.
Speaking about the release, Hamdi said: ‘It’s an absolute honour to be releasing on DEEP MEDi - they’re a label I’ve looked up to and wanted to release on for a number of years so I’m really gassed to be putting out this EP with them. It was a lot of fun to explore the deeper side of my production and I can’t wait for everyone to hear it!’
