London’s Ell Murphy touches down on her Jucey Tunes imprint with a suite of ’90s-infused house meets sunny UKG
Ell Murphy is releasing a new single, titled ‘Pressure’, later this week via her own Jucey Tunes label. Have an exclusive first listen to the track below.
Having flexed her proclivity for bouncy club sounds on recent collabs with TSHA, Guilia Tess, and Y U QT, the London-based DJ, producer and vocalist returns to her own imprint with a suite of ’90s-infused house meets sunny UKG. Inspired by the classic club sounds that she grew up with, the four-track project features the previously released singles ‘Good2Me’ and ‘Emotional’, alongside final heater ‘Pressure’ which lands this Friday.

“I wanted to channel that classic 90s dance sound that inspires me so much, and create something that felt timeless, with big vocals & lots of character,” Ell, who recently started playing alongside Mixtress under the Babes Inc alias, shared on the single.
“I wrote the track in one evening session with [London-based producer] Gemi – with our creative click in the studio we write really quickly together and he totally understands what I want to achieve with my music,” she added.
“[The track] is about that feeling of undeniable chemistry rising between two people when you can just feel the tension growing and I really wanted to convey that feeling in the vocal.”
