Waze & Odyssey, Steve Lawler, Danny Howard, more locked for ABODE in the Park 2018

There are also three new stages at the festival this year...

ABODE return to North London’s Finsbury park this year on 23rd September.

Having already announced an impressive first wave of names including Groove Armada, Sidney Charles, Ellie Cocks and East End Dubs, the organisers have now revealed three new stages for this years event as well as adding a new list of acts.

Names added to the party’s line-up include Waze & Odyssey, Steve Lawler, Danny Howard, Lee Foss, Nathan Barato,, Max Chapman and Mark Jenkyns. More

So far three stages have been revealed, but more are to be announced as the party approaches.The main stage will be curated by ABODE themselves while the Terrace stage will be hosted by Warriors. The Big Top stage will be curated by Danny Howard as part his Nothing Else Matters series.

ABODE have been very busy this year. Alongside Do Not Sleep, they have been rocking a Thursday night residency in Amnesia, Ibiza since June which will run until 27th September. Not only that, back in June they ran their first international festival, ABODE on the Rocks, on Gozo island, Malta.

ABODE have also been heavily involved in a charity initiative in Uganda, the ABODE Project. After crowdfunding and a series of sell out events, ABODE used the money to help build an orphanage and a school in the western part of the country. The ongoing project is striving to aid in creating self-sustainable hubs in less fortunate communities. You can learn more about the initiative in this film.
