Tiga's label celebrate 10 years

2008 marks the 10th anniversary for Tiga's label Turbo and they've got a whole heap of new activities planned to celebrate the fact. After the massive success of their 2002 hit 'Sunglasses at Night' by Tiga and Zyntherius, we see a re-working and a new lease of life for the track, available from 14th July.

The electro anthem receives remixes from Alter Ego, Black Devil, D.I.M, Proof and Konrad Black and has high potential to smash its previous ½ million copies sold, despite Tiga's initial love loss for the track:

"I remember Jori thought it was amazing. I didn't really like it. Score one to Zyntherius. It was one of the electro anthems of the period. I got to ride my own coattails to where I am now. All my dreams came true."

In addition to the iconic remix, Turbo churns out a spanking new album, following on from the Turbo Sessions series. The fresh album, 'Omnidance', promises all new and exclusive material from not only Tiga himself, but also Boys Noise, Chromeo, Proxy and friends. In honour of the launch of Omnidance, Tiga and Turbo have announced a 35 date world tour raving around Europe from the 31st May and all coming to a final head with a secret warehouse party in London on 23rd August.

If the new single, album and tour isn't enough to get your ear drums excited, or you just want to hear the new stuff, Turbo will be producing two pod casts a month from their core artists and extended family throughout the duration of the tour.
