New series, Fire In: Session, to fan the flames of Vauxhall nightlife
No one could ever say that September is a dull month and it’s also a well known fact that many clubs celebrate their birthdays this month. Which is why it’s a pleasure to reveal this new night to the smoke. Previously famous for its gay nights, Fire has been given a lift and tuck and will be home to a series of fortnightly house heavy shows launching on Saturday 15th September. Mostly it’s going to be all about the music, with Fred Falke (live), T Williams, Juan Atkins, John Digweed and Simian Mobile Disco lined up, but a show ain’t necessarily a great show without fabulous sound and wow-factor lighting. This will come in the shape of Void Soundsystem, which regulars to DC10 will be all too familiar with.
